Fulton Armory Bolts meet all USGI Material & Heat Treat Specifications

Our new production bolt is hammer forged and machined to final dimensions from 8620 carbon-molybdenum-chrome steel to handle the rigors of competition or combat operations. After machining, the bolt is heat-treated using an advanced process that gives an optimal surface hardness for exceptional wear resistance and superior core strength. All core and surface hardness is certified. Comes with a new, USGI roller and roller retainer already installed. Headspace is comparable to a new USGI TRW bolt. Due to manufacturing tolerances between bolts, receivers and barrel chambers, we CANNOT guarantee headspace when used as a replacement part. Professional installation is recommended and available through our shop services. Bolts are not refundable if any fitting, modification or use is apparent. Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns other than manufacturer error. After 20 years of painstaking QC and development, we believe this is the finest reproduction bolt available.
